• Prepare and distribute daily reports per Night Audit Checklist.
• Monitor front desk operations and handle overnight guest requests and inquiries.
• Ensure the accuracy of billing, payments, and cash handling procedures.
• Respond to emergency situations or security concerns during overnight hours with security.
• Maintain accurate records and logs for shift activity, guest incidents, and audit reports.
• Communicate effectively with day shift staff to ensure proper hand-off and follow-through on guest or operational needs.

The Night Auditor is responsible for the overnight hotel operations, ensuring the accuracy of daily close of day reporting, and providing exceptional guest service during overnight hours. This position combines front desk responsibilities with financial reconciliation, supporting a seamless transition from one business day to the next in accordance with Hyatt's values, policies and procedures. Starting pay for this position is $25.71.
