Job summary

HomeTowne Studios & Suites by Red Roof in Eugene-Springfield, OR is seeking a Night Attendant to join our team. Compensation ranges up to $17.00–$18.00 per hour and includes benefits such as health Insurance and PTO.

Responsibilities include guest check-ins, handling requests after hours, and maintaining clean guest laundry areas. Strong emphasis on customer service, basic English, and prior hospitality experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1 year in previous customer service position.
• Basic English communication (verbal and written) skills required.
• Prior hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct courtesy calls with-in 30 minutes after guest check-in.
• Assist guests with requests and/or complaints after regular office hours.
• May handle check-ins/check-outs and make guestroom keys for lost/lockouts.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the laundry rooms and guest laundry.
• Clean, dry and fold linen, blankets, bedspreads, etc.
• Provide courtesy patrol in lobby and front entrance area.
• Ensure exceptional customer service to all guests while maintaining guest privacy and safety.
• May compute bill, collect payments, and post charges to the Property Management system.

We are seeking a Night Attendant to join our Team with a starting Wage up to $17.00-$18.00 per hour!

Specific Requirements

Experience

• High school diploma preferred or equivalent experience


• 1 year in previous customer service position.


• Must have basic office skills (math, cash handling, computer skills, etc.)


• Basic English communication (verbal and written) skills required.


• Prior hospitality experience preferred
