Job summary

HomeTowne Studios & Suites by Red Roof is seeking a Night Attendant in Colorado Springs for part-time hours. You will perform check-ins/check-outs, assist guests after hours, and help maintain laundry rooms, linen handling, and front lobby security. Strong customer service and basic math skills are essential.

The role emphasizes courtesy calls, guest requests, and accurate billing within a hospitality-focused environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1 year in previous customer service position.
• Must have basic office skills (math, cash handling, computer skills) .
• Basic English communication (verbal and written) skills required.
• Prior hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct courtesy calls within 30 minutes after guest check-in.
• Assist guests with requests and/or complaints after regular office hours.
• May handle check-ins/check-outs and issue guestroom keys.
• Assist in keeping laundry areas clean and organized.
• Clean, dry and fold linen and related items.
• Provide courtesy patrol in lobby and front entrance.
• Ensure exceptional customer service while protecting guest privacy and safety.
• May compute bills, collect payments, and post charges to PMS.
• Complete department checklists and shift reports.
• Maintain neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Specific Requirements:

• Conduct courtesy calls with-in 30 minutes after guest check-in.

• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the laundry rooms and guest laundry.
• Clean, dry and fold linen, blankets, bedspreads, etc.
• Provides courtesy patrol in lobby and front entrance area.
• Ensures exceptional customer service to all guests while maintain guest privacy and safety
• May compute bill, collect payments, and make changes for guests, post charges to Property Management system.
• Complete department checklists and reports for relevant shifts.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Experience:

• High school diploma preferred or equivalent experience
