Job summary

CCS Facility Services is seeking a Night Area Manager to oversee the night janitorial operations. The role includes scheduling and supervising field cleaning crews, conducting nightly site visits, and ensuring daily completion of tasks across locations.

Applicants must have supervisory experience, bilingual English/Spanish abilities, and a valid driver's license. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Phoenix, AZ with the company offering standard benefits.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise in-field cleaning crews.
• Web checkups with night visits for QA using company vehicle.
• Manage and order inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Track employee hours and pay using company software and devices.
• Collaborate with branch managers to complete daily tasks and special projects.
• Observe safety policies and enforce security rules.
• Perform other duties and administrative tasks.
