Job summary

Medical University Hospital Authority (MUHA) is seeking an Anesthesia Technician for the night shift. This role supports licensed anesthesia providers in preparing monitoring devices and anesthesia delivery systems, and assists in assembling and applying necessary equipment.

Responsibilities include technical and supportive patient care tasks to aid attending anesthesiologists, residents and CRNAs across adult to geriatric patients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year direct patient care experience in a healthcare facility preferred.
• BLS certification required within two weeks of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist anesthesia providers in preparation and maintenance of monitoring devices and delivery systems.
• Assist in acquisition, preparation, assembly and application of anesthesia equipment and supplies.
• Perform technical and supportive patient care tasks to assist attending anesthesiologists, residents and CRNAs.
