ACTS-Aviation Security Inc. seeks an Airport Shift Supervisor for the 3rd shift at Charlotte International Airport in Charlotte, NC.

The role oversees multiple service lines, ensuring compliance with TSA and airport regulations, and represents ACTS in the unit. The supervisor leads a team of guards, schedules coverage, conducts audits, and upholds quality, safety, and customer specifications across operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Three years of supervisory experience in a professional environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Management, Security Management or related field preferred.
• Security education may substitute for one year of experience.

Responsabilités

• Supervisors provide support to ACTS Security Guards in daily activities.
• Schedule and assign Security Guards to ensure proper coverage.
• Conduct regular audits of employee performance.
• Report daily/weekly/monthly activities to management.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and procedures; uphold safety.
