ACTS-Aviation Security, Inc. has an immediate opening for an Airport Shift Supervisor 3rd Shift at Charlotte International Airport in Charlotte, NC.

The role provides oversight to service lines and ensures TSA and airport regulations compliance, representing ACTS in the field. The position requires a high school diploma, three years of supervisory experience, and aviation/security qualifications; a Driver's License and NC Security License are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Three years of supervisory experience in a professional environment.
• Bachelor's Degree in Aviation Management or Security Management is preferable.
• Security-related education may substitute for one year of experience.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and ensure compliance for all service lines per TSA and airport regulations.
• Lead and supervise ACTS Security Guards in daily activities and coverage.
• Schedule and assign Security Guards for proper coverage and relief.
• Conduct regular audits of employee performance and report to management.
• Maintain compliance with regulations, procedures, and safety standards.
• Act as a liaison with management and promote teamwork and integrity.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Aviation Management or Security Management (preferred)
