ACTS Aviation Security, Inc. is seeking an Aviation Security Supervisor for the 1st shift at Minneapolis St. Paul International Airport.

The role provides oversight of service lines, leads security officers on shift from 8:00am to 4:00pm, and ensures compliance with TSA and airline regulations. Responsibilities include access control, screening, incident response, reporting, and staff scheduling. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Verifiable 2+ years in contract security, military, or law enforcement.
• Must have valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Control access to airport restricted areas.
• Screen and log persons and vehicles accessing restricted areas.
• Conduct vehicle inspections at perimeter access points and non‑secure areas.
• Screen employees, vendors, and visitors using x-ray machines, hand wands, or magnetometers.
• Provide escorts for construction projects and respond to incidents.
• Discipline security officers as needed and ensure schedule coverage.
• Maintain compliance with ACTS-Aviation Security policies and CBAs.
