Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Full Time Security Officer in Hawaii to provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and airport staff while performing patrols, access control, and incident responses. You will work night shifts across Mon–Sun, with the aim of maintaining safety and security in airport environments.

The role requires at least one year in security, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass background and drug screening. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience.
• Valid driver’s license required by policy.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Licensing requirements may vary by state and position.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, airport personnel, and other stakeholders while following site procedures and emergency protocols.
• Conduct regular and random foot and vehicle patrols of airport terminals, public areas, access points, parking facilities, perimeters and other locations.
• Monitor for unusual activity, unauthorized access, hazards, and policy violations; document observations and incidents per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and coordinate with airport operations and public agencies as directed.
• Assist with access control, traffic and pedestrian flow, and enforcement of airport rules and security procedures.
