Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to travelers, visitors, employees and airport stakeholders while following security procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of airport terminals, public areas, and access points.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow post orders and notification procedures.
• Observe and report hazards, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to airport personnel.
• Assist with access control, visitor direction and traffic flow with clear documentation.
