Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to travelers, visitors, tenancy, and airport personnel by carrying out security procedures and emergency responses.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of terminal areas, parking facilities, and access points.
• Monitor access control points and deter unauthorized entry and suspicious behavior.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, problem-solving manner and notify appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate incident and patrol reports and communicate with leadership.
