Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to travelers, visitors, employees, and authorized personnel while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of airport facilities and surrounding areas.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; report unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly, following reporting procedures.
• Document patrols and incidents accurately and communicate with leadership.
