Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and drivers at a food and beverage production location by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, maintain visitor logs, and direct authorized individuals to appropriate areas in accordance with site procedures.
• Screen incoming and outgoing personnel, vehicles, deliveries, and shipments as directed, reporting access-control concerns or unusual activity to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established notification and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, parking areas, loading zones, and the business perimeter to deter unauthorized access and identify security concerns.
