Job summary

Grimmway Produce Group is seeking an Access Control Lead responsible to assist security and safety management teams in overseeing the scale house, security patrol, access control operations and EHS inspections.

Qualifications

Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Must be willing to train in GMPs (Safety Practices) and other job duties.
Must have good understanding of company policies and plant operations.
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
Must be professional, dependable with excellent attendance.
Must be detail oriented.
May be required to work overtime or Saturdays depending on business need.
Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.
Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a driving record that meets company policy.
