Job summary

Grimmway Produce Group is seeking an Access Control Lead for the night shift (9:00PM-5:30AM) in Malaga to assist security and safety teams with scale house operations, security patrols, access control, and EHS inspections.

The role requires proficiency in Word/Excel, English literacy, and a strong emphasis on safety, attendance, and reliability. Overtime and weekend work may be required. Benefits include medical/dental coverage and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel programs.
• Must be willing to train in safety (GMP’s) General Manufacturing Practices and other job duties.
• Must have good understanding of company policies and plant operations.
• Must have great verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be professional, responsible, dependable, and have excellent attendance.
• Must be detailed oriented.
• May be required to work overtime or Saturdays depending on business need.
• Must have the ability to speak, read, and write in English.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a driving record that meets company policy, insurance, and DMV requirements.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment screening consistent with applicable state and federal law.

Benefits

Total Rewards: $18.25 + 0.20 (NIGHT PREMIUM) / HOUR

• Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
