Job summary

Hillsboro Post Acute is seeking a dependable Night Shift Nurse Supervisor to lead the overnight nursing team and ensure residents receive safe, high-quality care. You will supervise staff, coordinate care, respond to urgent clinical needs, and ensure accurate documentation and policy compliance.

Ideal candidates hold an LPN or RN license, have leadership experience in long-term care, and can stay calm and decisive overnight while maintaining strong communication with administration and the team.

Qualifications

• LPN or RN license required.
• Leadership experience in long-term care or similar healthcare setting preferred.
