Responsibilities

• Evaluate assigned patients and develop, implement and modify treatment plans according to patient needs and physician direction.
• Delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients and coordinate with other clinical teams.
• Design functional treatment programs to support return to community activities and educate patients, families, and staff.
