Job summary

Community Health Network is expanding to a new Westfield campus. We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in a Level III NICU and participate in a team focused on delivering exceptional patient care across the care continuum.

The RN will work 7:00-7:30 with every 3rd weekend and holiday rotations, ensuring consistent coverage and collaboration with multiple Community Health Network locations. Previous NICU experience and Indiana RN licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of NLN/CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA accredited nursing program or three years of related nursing experience.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Indiana license (NLC).
• RN experience in NICU required; Level III experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Level III NICU.
• Deliver safe, cost-effective care and collaborate with the care team to optimize outcomes.
