Job summary

OU Health is seeking an experienced RN for the Neonatal ICU (NICU) at Oklahoma Children’s Hospital to fill a night shift. The RN I/II/III levels depend on experience, education, and qualifications, with leadership growth opportunities and a patient-centered care approach.

This role offers a path to advance in ECMO, CRRT, cardiac and other NICU specialities, with teamwork across physicians, fellows, and nurse practitioners, plus a strong focus on mentorship and professional development.

Qualifications

• RN license required (Oklahoma).
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Nursing.
• BLS certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Documents patient responses to interventions and physician orders.
• Administers medications as prescribed.
• Initiates and monitors IV infusions and blood products.
• Delivers patient care safely and collaborates with the care team.
