The position offers a sign-on bonus for external candidates, relocation assistance, and shift differentials. A BSN is preferred; current RN licensure and BLS/NRP certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of start date.
• RNs with <12 months experience must obtain a BSN within four years of hire date.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Certification (NRP) for healthcare providers.

Responsabilités

• Monitor critically ill and premature newborns, document changes and responses.
• Administer medications and treatments using neonatal nursing techniques.
• Perform neonatal assessments including vitals, weights, and screenings.
• Operate and maintain NICU equipment (ventilators, CPAP, infusion pumps).
• Educate parents on feeding, developmental care, and neonatal health.
