Job summary

Atrium Health Levine Children’s Hospital in Charlotte, NC is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the Neonatal Intensive Care Nursery (NICU). This full-time night role offers 3 shifts per week (7p–7a) with weekend and holiday requirements and a potential sign-on bonus for eligible applicants.

Required: state RN license, accredited nursing program completion, BLS, and within 6 months of hire: PALS. Pediatric inpatient RN experience is preferred to support our level IV NICU patients.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state where practicing.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required.
• PALS certification required within 6 months of hire.
• One year of pediatric in-patient RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in line with standards.
• Use evidence-based practice and clinical decision making while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience.
