Prisma Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Neonatal Intensive Care unit in Greenville Memorial Hospital. This role provides direct patient care in an acute inpatient setting, following evidence-based nursing practices and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes for newborns and their families.

The RN will participate in care planning, safety initiatives, and discharge planning, with a focus on family-centered care and adherence to organizational policies.

Competenze

• Associate degree in Nursing required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• One (1) year experience as a registered nurse.
• Current RN license in good standing (SC or compact).

Mansioni

• Provides direct patient care per the nursing care plan.
• Collects data, performs assessments, and documents findings.
• Develops and updates patient care plans with the care team.
• Coordinates discharge planning and follow-up as needed.
• Delegates tasks appropriately within the RN scope of practice.
• Monitors patient safety and quality indicators on an ongoing basis.
