You will assess patient needs, implement plans of care, and document outcomes while maintaining compassionate support for families and staff.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program and RN license in the state of Indiana
• Within 5 years of employment as an RN, obtain a BSN or certification in your area of specialty

Responsibilities

• Safely and effectively performs high-risk, high-frequency nursing procedures.
• Prioritizes patient care activities based on acuity and department needs.
• Identifies and responds to health risks and initiates corrective actions.
• Develops and evaluates individualized care plans across domains.
• Documents assessments, interventions, and outcomes per guidelines.
• Communicates effectively with the care team to achieve positive outcomes.
• Advocates for patients and families to ensure appropriate care.
