Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program and RN license in Indiana.
• Within 5 years of employment as an RN, obtain a BSN or certification in your area of specialty.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert, compassionate care to critically ill pediatric patients in a fast-paced PICU setting.
• Conduct continuous patient assessments and respond to rapidly changing conditions.
• Educate and support families throughout hospitalization and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Document assessments, treatments, and outcomes accurately in the medical record.
• Collaborate with pediatric intensivists, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and other care team members.
