Kaiser Permanente NW in Oregon seeks a Registered Nurse to diagnose and treat health problems with clinical judgment, coordinating care across disciplines and guiding patient care from admission through discharge.

Responsibilities include multi-system assessments, developing care plans, medication administration, and documentation in the EMR, with emphasis on NICU protocols and teamwork in a fast-paced hospital setting. This role may require variable shifts including days or nights.

Qualifications

• Minimum nine (9) months of RN experience.
• Completion of Kaiser Permanente NW RN New Grad Internship program in the NICU.
• Eighteen (18) months NICU experience in the last 5 years.

Responsabilités

• Performs accurate multi-system assessments and discharge planning.
• Develops and documents an individualized care plan and teaching plan.
• Initiates and documents medication administration and emergency measures as needed.
• Evaluates patient responses and participates in quality assurance activities.
