Mission Hospital in North Carolina is seeking a NICU Registered Nurse to lead and deliver professional nursing care for newborns and their families. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, while supervising and documenting nursing activities for a patient group.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure desired outcomes, provide patient and family education, and maintain regulatory/clinical competency. A sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• One year of nursing experience
• Current RN licensure with North Carolina Board of Nursing (NC BON)
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification
• NRP must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• eNLC license may apply, licensee should confirm with NC BON
• National Certification in specialty area preferred

Responsabilités

• Oversee delivery of patient care for a group of patients based on acuity and staff availability
• Provide direct patient care, evaluate outcomes and adjust care as needed
• Collaborate with patients, families and interdisciplinary team to achieve outcomes
