Qualifications

• Graduate of an RN nursing program, upon hire.
• Registered Nurse license in Nebraska, upon hire.
• Basic Life Support - CPR certification, upon hire.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program within 6 months

Responsabilités

• Follow the nursing process which includes: assess, plan, implement, and evaluate. The nursing process is an ongoing process.
• Assessment - Collect and analyze data across psychological, physiological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic and lifestyle factors.
• Plan – Set measurable and achievable short and long term goals according to standards of care.
• Implement – Coordinate care, education and discharge planning; nurse accountable for care.
• Evaluate – Systematic ongoing evaluation of progress; revise plan with the team.
• Documents all phases of the nursing process in the patient’s record.
