Responsabilidades

• Follow the nursing process: assess, plan, implement, evaluate.
• Assess and analyze healthcare data including psychological, physiological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors.
• Plan measurable short- and long-term goals with the patient and multidisciplinary team.
• Implement and modify the plan of care with clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice.
• Evaluate progress and revise the plan of care with the patient and team.
• Document all phases of the nursing process in the patient record.
