Job summary

HCA Houston Healthcare Clear Lake is seeking a Registered Nurse for the NICU to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in alignment with department standards. You will collaborate with physicians and care teams, following established nursing models to advocate for patients and families while supporting exceptional clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities include applying the nursing process, teamwork, and professional communication, with a focus on quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited diploma, associates, or baccalaureate degree registered nursing program.
• BSN preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License (RN Compact License holders must obtain Texas RN License within 90 days of hire).
• American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Certification (BLS/BCLS).
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program Certification (NRP).
• 1-year NICU L2/L3 clinical experience as a licensed RN in an acute care setting required
