Mercy in Rogers, Arkansas is seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist for NICU care. The role focuses on direct patient care in all aspects of respiratory therapy, following physician orders and consulting on therapy effectiveness.

The RT will function as an advanced resource for physicians and nursing staff, providing guidance and support in respiratory care. Additional duties may be assigned as needed in a fast-paced NICU environment.

Formación

• Graduate of CoARC approved Respiratory Care program.
• Current Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license per state requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Performs direct patient care in all aspects of respiratory care according to physician orders.
• Consults physicians on effectiveness of therapy.
• Acts as an advanced resource person for physicians and nursing on respiratory care.
• Performs duties as assigned.
