The role involves providing respiratory care, collaborating with physicians and care teams, and adhering to clinical policies. Requirements include an Associate's degree or equivalent experience and Texas RCP/RRT credentials.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's degree or 2 years of work experience above the minimum qualification.
• Experience: Less than 1 year of experience.
• Certification/License: BLS, RCP license (TX), RRT certification.

Responsibilities

• Performs and directs respiratory care services like oxygen and aerosol therapy.
• Adheres to established policies including infection control, HIPAA, time and attendance and social media.
• Performs professionally with peers and patients to maintain the best work environment and outcomes.
• Embraces autonomy to grow and enhance skills.
• Focuses on continuous quality improvement in clinical care and identifies opportunities to improve patient care.
