Job summary

Amergis is seeking a Registered Nurse – NICU for travel assignments across Texas. The role focuses on caring for pre-term and term newborns with complications, delivering intensive around-the-clock medical and daily support in hospital settings.

Requirements include a current RN license for the practicing state, at least 1 year of NICU experience, CPR if applicable, a health certificate, and the ability to meet all relevant regulations. Eligible candidates must be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license for the state in which the nurse practices.
• One year NICU experience required.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• The RN – NICU cares for newborn babies who are delivered pre-term or at-term newborns with birth complications, providing intensive around-the-clock care and basic daily activities.
