Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma is seeking an experienced RN for the Neonatal ICU on-night shifts. The role uses the nursing process to deliver high-quality patient care, while ensuring confidentiality and coordinating with other departments to optimize outcomes.

Responsibilities include maintaining patient rights, collaboratng with the care team, and upholding professional accountability for the care provided. A current RN license and BLS certification are required or obtained soon after hire.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
• Must maintain an RN license in hiring state and meet state requirements.
• BLS certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments and direct care givers.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality throughout the shift.
