Mercy Hospital - W Memorial Rd is seeking a skilled RN for a night-shift, full-time position in the Neonatal ICU. The role emphasizes nursing process-based patient care, coordination with other departments, and safeguarding patient rights and confidentiality.

Ideal candidates will have graduated from an accredited nursing program and possess or be able to obtain an RN license in the hiring state or via a compact licensure. BLS certification is required or obtained within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
• Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Physical requirements include pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 pounds; prolonged standing and walking.
• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or completion within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care and maintain professional accountability.
• Evaluates care effectiveness and coordinates patient care with other departments.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of information.
