Bayhealth Medical Center in Delaware is seeking a Registered Nurse for a part-time night shift at the Kent Campus Hospital. You will provide professional nursing care on an assigned unit, develop patient-centered care plans, and ensure safety and quality in all tasks.

The role requires you to hold a Diploma/Associate Degree in Nursing with an RN license and BLS certification; ACLS/PALS may be required. On-site benefits include health/dental/vision, PTO, and education reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• ACLS/PALS may be requested depending on department.
• BLS certification is required at minimum.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, professional nursing care to patients in the acute care setting.
• Develop a patient-centered plan of care based on individual needs.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient medical records.
• Counsel and educate patients and families on treatment plans.
