Job summary

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient physical, social, and psychological status using nursing process.
• Develop and implement an individualized plan of care with patient/family involvement.
• Coordinate and supervise care delivery with interdisciplinary team.
