Qualifications

  • NRP certification for healthcare providers is required.
  • RNs with less than 12 months experience must obtain BSN within four years of hire.

Responsibilities

  • Assess patient physical, social, and psychological status and gather information from the interdisciplinary team.
  • Plan and develop an individualized care plan with patient and family involvement.
  • Direct and coordinate the care team to implement and monitor the plan of care.
  • Evaluate patient responses and revise the plan as needed, ensuring timely documentation.
