Atrium Health Cabarrus in Concord, NC is seeking a skilled NICU RN to provide and coordinate newborn care in a 20-bed NICU with open bay and private rooms. The team includes Neonatal Nurse Practitioner coverage 24/7 and dedicated respiratory therapy staff.

Responsibilities include caring for 25 weeks gestation and greater infants, high-frequency ventilation support, and 1:1 to 1:3 nurse-to-patient ratios based on acuity; BLS and NRP certifications are required plus an RN license in the

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Not for new grads with less than 6 months experience.
• NICU experience preferred.
• RN license issued by the state where you practice.
• BLS certification required (AHA).
• NRP certification required.

Responsabilités

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process in the NICU.
• Maintain safe patient environment and quality care across continuum.
• Collaborate with Neonatal NP coverage and respiratory therapy teams.
