Tap Healthcare Solutions is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join the NICU at Kadlec in Richland, Washington.

You will care for critically ill and premature newborns, collaborate with neonatologists and the care team, and support families through neonatal care.

Salary ranges from $79,000 to $159,000 annually based on experience, with opportunities for growth within a leading neonatal care facility.

Qualificações

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Active Washington RN license upon hire.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association upon hire.
• NRP certification through the American Academy of Pediatrics within ninety (90) days of hire.
• Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill and premature newborns.
• Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced NICU environment.
