Responsibilities

• Utilization of Nursing Process across Assessment, Planning, Implementation, Coordination, Teaching and Quality Improvement.
• Assess, plan and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Administer medications, IV therapy and treatments; monitor and respond to changes in patient condition.
• Coordinate daily patient care and activities with the health team and family.
• Document and communicate patient status; provide patient and family teaching.
