Job summary

The Hospitals of Providence — Memorial Campus in El Paso, TX, seeks a Coordinator of Programs for full-time days to plan and lead activities meeting regulatory and accreditation standards. The role collaborates with the corporate team to ensure readiness for surveys and continuous improvement in patient outcomes.

Required: Nursing, PT, or related field degree with 5 years of experience and appropriate licensure (RN, PT, etc.) with AHA BLS.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, Physical Therapy, Laboratory Sciences, or other healthcare related fields.
• 5 years of experience in profession.
• Licensed as appropriate for education/profession such as RN, PT, etc., and AHA BLS.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead activities to meet regulatory, accreditation and TenetHealth standards for assigned programs.
• Work with Corporate Team to ensure program readiness for accreditation and certification surveys.
