St. Luke’s Health System in Boise, Idaho is seeking a Part-time NICU Pharmacist to join our NICU and Women’s Services team.

This morning pharmacist role (Monday through Friday, 4 hours/day) works with neonatologists, obstetricians, nurses, and other staff to provide specialized clinical pharmacy support for neonatal and maternal patients. Responsibilities include medication review, dispensing, patient counseling, documentation of interventions, and supervision of technicians.

Qualifikationen

• Degree from an accredited School or College of Pharmacy (PharmD or equivalent) is required.
• Experience with EPIC EMR is preferred.
• Idaho pharmacist licensure or eligibility is required.

Aufgaben

• Review and evaluate prescribed medication therapies and ensure appropriate use.
• Interpret prescriptions, compound, dispense medications, and provide counseling.
• Support neonatal and maternal patients through multidisciplinary rounds and clinical pharmacy services.
• Administer medications and vaccinations as appropriate and supervise pharmacy staff.
• Maintain accurate medication records and contribute to training of staff.
