St. Luke's Health System in Boise, Idaho is seeking a Part-time NICU Pharmacist to join our NICU and Women's Services team.

This morning pharmacist role (4 hours/day, Monday through Friday) collaborates with neonatologists, obstetricians, PAs, nurses, and other staff to provide specialized clinical pharmacy support for neonatal and maternal patients. You will participate in rounds, interpret orders, dispense medications, counsel patients, supervise technicians, and contribute to training.

Formación

• PharmD or equivalent licensure is required.
• Active Pharmacist License in Idaho or eligible for licensure is required.
• BLS certification from ASHI, AHA, or Red Cross is required.
• 0 years of experience required; EPIC experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Review and evaluate prescribed therapies.
• Interpret prescriptions and dispense medications.
• Provide medication information, counseling, and consultation to patients and staff.
• Perform cognitive clinical pharmacy services and document interventions.
• Administer medications and vaccinations as appropriate.
• Supervise pharmacy staff and interns.
• Maintain accurate medication and patient records.
• Assist with training of technicians and staff.
• Mentor students and new practitioners.
