St. David's North Austin Medical Center, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist for pediatric patients on a part-time basis. Under the supervision of the Respiratory Care Supervisor, you will provide respiratory care aligned with hospital guidelines and contribute to high levels of patient satisfaction. Qualified candidates will hold NBRC-RRT and RRT/State licensure, with ACLS, BLS, and PALS within required timeframes.

Formación

• NBRC-RRT certification required.
• RRT/RCP-State licensure required.
• ACLS to be obtained within 90 days of start date.
• BLS to be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• Neonatal Resuscitation certification within 90 days.
• PALS within 90 days.

Responsabilidades

• Prioritize work and complete assignments timely.
• Complete documentation with attention to detail.
• Care for airway management including suctioning and cuff monitoring.
• Assess patients and recognize respiratory dysfunction.
• Perform quality control procedures as required.
• Lead Therapist shifts as assigned.
