Qualifications

• Completion of a Nursing Assistant, Patient Care Tech, Medical Assistant or Nursing Fundamentals course.
• In lieu of school verification, CNA certification may be accepted at time of hire.
• Experience as a nursing assistant, medical assistant, or related role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene: bathing, hair care, teeth brushing, hand washing.
• Support nutrition and feeding: help with meals and trays.
• Assist ambulation and fall prevention under RN direction.
• Support elimination needs and monitor inputs/outputs.
• Document vital signs and report abnormal values to RN.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
