Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Successful completion of Nurses Aide/MA/EMT training or Nursing student clinical rotation required.
• 1 year of related patient care experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct and indirect patient care under the guidance and direction of the registered nurse.
• Implements components of the plan of care through procedures related to basic human, mental health and social needs; comfort, safety and emergency measures; activities of daily living; personal care; nutrition and fluids; and elimination.
