Job summary

HRforGrowth is assisting in placing an Occupational Therapist for NICU duties in Salinas, CA. The role requires NICU experience and a California OT license, with pay between $75 and $80 per hour for a temp-to-hire arrangement.

Responsibilities include direct OT interventions, treatment planning, family education, and coordination with supervisors and CCS for post-discharge care. Candidate must meet the required credentials and provide high-quality patient care in a busy NICU setting.

Qualifications

• Must have California Occupational Therapy license.
• Current BLS/ACLS required.

Responsibilities

• Provides Occupational Therapy interventions to patients per referral, including assessment, planning, educating patients and families about treatment plans.
• Coordinates with Rehab Supervisor/Manager and CCS case management as needed.
• Administers care plans and documents treatment information; ensures age-appropriate care on the NICU unit.
• Maintains safety and adherence to hospital standards and policies.
