Ann & Robert H. The role involves evaluating patients, creating goals, and coordinating with families and care teams.

Qualifications

• Successful graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current License or eligibility in the State of Illinois.
• CPR certification (BLS/ Heartsaver) required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and plans care for pediatric patients per discipline.
• Sets age-appropriate goals and documents caregiver understanding.
• Re-evaluates treatment effectiveness and updates plans as needed.
• Educates patients and families on therapies and home programs.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams and participates in rounds.
