Job summary

Orlando Health, Inc. seeks an Occupational Therapist to evaluate patients and develop treatment plans that integrate with the continuum of care. You will gather data from patients, families, physicians, and the care team to identify goals and deliver age-appropriate therapy.

The role requires evaluating data, adjusting plans as needed, and maintaining documentation, billing accuracy, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards. Experience in a clinical rehab setting is desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in an approved Occupational Therapy program.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Florida Occupational Therapist license (temporary permit acceptable).
• Current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and gather data from the patient, physician, interdisciplinary team meetings if available, family and other data sources.
• Develop treatment plans aligned with the continuum of care and identify goals.
• Provide care appropriate to the age of patients on the caseload.
• Document care and ensure accurate billing.
• Participate in meetings, safety, and infection control as required.
