Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an approved program.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required.
• Maintain Florida Occupational Therapist license (temporary permit acceptable) and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans integrated with the continuum of care.
• Gather data from patient, family, physicians, and team meetings to inform care.
• Provide age-appropriate occupational therapy and modify plans as needed.
• Ensure documentation, billing accuracy, and compliance with policy and standards.
• Participate in performance improvement and infection control activities.
